Adobe CS3 Install & Update Problems

If you have been trying to get your Illustrator to update to 13.0.2 and you are here, you have likely joined the growning ranks of Adobe users disgusted with CS3 install and update problems.

Before you attempt any of the procedures Adobe has provided or that tech support may recommend, make a full backup and and on Windows a system follow that with a new restore point too.
